​What Is The Natural Beauty Box?

The Natural Beauty Box is a natural, vegan and cruelty free skincare and beauty subscription box. Each month, we curate a fabulous selection of 4-5 skincare and beauty products from ethical sustainable brands to give our subscribers a well deserved skincare treat. We want you to enjoy pampering yourself and your skin and getting some well deseved "me-time!" 

Each box contains 4-5 products worth over £50 with FREE UK shipping. Huge savings on retail prices so you can  try products from new ethican natural, vegan brands that you won't find on the high street. Often, these brands are award winning brands so you know these products have been tried and tested by trusted beauty experts. 

I have seen Plastic Free editions, how do I get these boxes?

We offer a quarterly plastic free edition where all the packaging is totally free from plastic. The boxes are every January, April, July and October. You can either subscribe to these boxes by selecting the quarterly plastic free option in the subscribe menu, or if you subscribe monthly, you will automatically receive a plastic free box in the month's mentioned. 

How does it work?

The set up process is simple and quick, just click SUBSCRIBE from the menu and follow the simple on screen instructions. Once subscribed, sit back and relax and we will do the rest! We carefully curate a box around a monthly theme and then pack it and post it directly to your door. Boxes are shipped around the 20th of the month. Once you receive your box, enjoy some well desrved me time and create an at home spa like experience.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), boxes will be posted earlier to ensure they arrive before Christmas (Uk only, international deliveries may arrive after Christmas). 

How much does it cost?

The cost of a box is £24.95 per month with FREE UK postage. We offer discounts for prepaying for a 3 month or 6 month subscription. 

What's inside the box?

Each month you will receive 4-5 natural, vegan & cruelty free beauty & skincare products. Products will be a mixture of travel size and full size items from well known brands and smaller eco-luxe artisans. We support small UK businesses and try to include a variety in each box. You can expect to find items such as cleansers, toners, face oils and serums, artisan soaps, face wash, occassional make-up, bath and shower products, hand creams, foot creams, body scrubs, body butters and much more. Our partner brands never test on animals and you will never find any harsh chemicals or known irritants in any products such as parabens, artificial fragrances, phthalates and sulphates. 

Box contents are usually over £50, so you are getting exceptional value for money. The plastic free edits may be slightly under £50 as the packaging usually costs more with it not being plastic. 

How does payment work?

We are a monthly subscription box so payment will taken when you subscribe, then depending on your subscription frequency (monthly/bi-monthly/3 month prepay/6 month prepay), you will be billed accordingly on the 1st of every month, every 2 months, every 3 months or every 6 months.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and new regulations around skincare products needing to be registered in the UK and the EU, we have had to pause international shipping. Many brands we work with are small artisans and many have not chosen to register to sell within the EU yet. This may change in the future when everyone becomes more familiar with the new rules and regulations.  

Can I skip a month?

Yes of course! We understand that funds may be a little tighter in some months so we offer the option to skip a month's subscription and resume the following month. To do this, log into your account to manage your subscriptions. There is a link to "Edit" subscription. From there, you have the option to skip or cancel. Please note, if you are on a mobile device, you may need to scroll to the right of the page to see the Edit option. 

How can I cancel my subscription and/or receive a refund?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions (see above section on how to do this). We take pride in our boxes, so if you are ever unhappy about anything you receive, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will take the time to listen to you. 

In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have shipped, unless the box is returned to us, and is received back in the same condition as it was sent out. Please note, you will need to pay for postage. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment, which is around the 20th of the month.

We love discovering new exciting brands and products within the green beauty industry - whether you are established, new, small and large.
